This is a large, heavy volume and may require additional postage for shipping. This volume is in very good condition outside with some light edgewear. The cover is a brown leatherette. The inside contains some child's attempts at artistry with a red crayon. The 1st 8 pages have been scribbled on & 2 more pages further on, but are still readable. The ninth page has roughly 1/3 of the page torn off. Further on 16 pp look as though they have been nibbled by mice on the front edges. On some of the pages, the nibbling has gotten into the text and on 1 page, a small part of a photo has been nibbled. The rest of the 697 pages are clean and readable. The 1st torn page (page 9) was the beginning of an explanation of what caused the war. There are listings of those killed and wounded and many photos. There are many short biographies of soldiers killed, when & where they died along with photographs.
